WHEN SHOULD WE START ORGANISING OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS?

To allow enough time & for it to be a cruisy process you should be shopping for

invitations approximately 10 months prior to your wedding date.

WHEN SHOULD WE MAIL OUR INVITATIONS OUT?

Personally, I say mail your wedding invitations out roughly 4-6 months prior to your

wedding date & about 8 months in advance for destination weddings.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD WE PRINT?

One thing to remember is that you don’t need as many invitations as you have guests.

The reality is a lot of your guests are couples & families who need one invitation between them.

I always recommend printing an extra 5-10 blank invitations, just incase.

WHAT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED ON WEDDING INVITATIONS?

Couple’s names, wedding day, date & time, as well as the venue/s name & address.

If you have other information to include, I suggest getting an information card to go along with

your invite & rsvp card.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?

Once you have approved the total quote, I will send over a deposit invoice.

Once you have paid your deposit I will spend some time getting to know you & the type of

design you are after that will fit in with your style/theme/colours etc. Once I have sent through

the first design mockup, we just keep continuing to tweak & refine your design until it is

approved. Once everything is approved, finalised and paid for we will send off to the printers

& then I will send onto you, with a little love note.

WHAT SORT OF PAYMENT PLAN DO YOU OFFER?

A non refundable deposit of $240.00 is required prior to starting your wedding stationery.

The remaining balance will be due after the design/s have been approved & are ready for print.
